Creative sues Apple over Ipod interface
Creative are taking Apple to court for infringing their patent granted in August of last year which describes a way of automatically organizing digital music collections into categories. Creative claims that Apple's Ipod, Ipod Nano and Ipod Mini infringe on the firm's intellectual property.
