        <![CDATA[<p>UK retailer PC World is selling FM transmitters for iPods across its stores - even though they can't legally be used in the UK just yet. <a href="http://news.independent.co.uk/business/news/article1218067.ece">The Independent</a> explains that PC World has decided to make the move because the company expects UK regulator Ofcom to finally declare such devices to be legal by autumn.
